Experienced IT project management coordinator sought to provide administrative support for the Programme Management Office function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating IT projects, ensuring smooth operation of the PMO tools, and providing reports and analytics.
About the Role
* Provide high-level administrative support to the Programme Management Office team, including onboarding new programme managers and monitoring training activities.
* Administer PMO systems, including Planview and Jira, to ensure efficient operation of the tools.
* Develop and maintain portfolio demand and delivery reports using data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
* Conduct resource and capacity planning across IT programmes.
* Prepare ad-hoc reports and compliance follow-ups as required.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business or information technology.
* Three years of experience in project coordination or administration.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience working in a multinational organization.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent financial and numerical skills.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Project management qualifications are an advantage.
