We're looking for a Food & Beverage Head Host/Duty Manager to join our teams at Zanzibar and Beckett Locke's in Dublin. We are recruiting a role for each property.
The role.
Are you a natural host? Calm under pressure, with next-level organisational skills? Do you find satisfaction in creating seamless hospitality and memorable experiences?
As the lynchpin of the Food and Beverage team, overseeing the F&B Hosts and reporting to the F&B Manager you'll make sure guests feel genuinely special – from the moment they book to the moment they leave our F&B spaces
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department
* Manage a team of servers, hosts, and bartenders
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
* Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
* Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
* Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of performance
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
* Adhere to health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the catering and hospitality industry
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Knowledge of food and beverage trends
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or related field
