Quantity Surveyor Career

Key Responsibilities:
* Diligent analysis and management of tender enquiries, collaborating with clients to comprehend their requirements.
* Precise preparation and submission of pricing proposals alongside the head of sales, subsequently tracking submissions with customer accounts.
* Ongoing administration of contracts, managing sub-contracts, collateral warranties, and variations.
* Risk identification and assessment: pinpointing financial and contractual risks.
* Comprehensive analysis of project costs and provision of reports to senior management.
* Negotiation and administration of variations, liaison with suppliers on product updates, and finalization of account preparations.
* Maintenance of adherence to relevant standards, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction management, or related field.
* At least 1 year of experience in the construction sector.
* Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and AutoCAD.
* Able to work independently under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
