O’Reilly Thomas LLP Solicitors is a well-established law firm based in Drogheda dedicated to providing top-tier legal services to our clients. They are seeking to recruit a Solicitor for conveyancing and probate work.
Key responsibilities
Managing all aspects of property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages and leases.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and financial institutions to ensure smooth completion of conveyancing matters.
Managing all aspects of probate files.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate would be a qualified solicitor with at least 1 years’ experience in conveyancing and probate. Would however be open to recruiting a newly qualified solicitor who can demonstrate an ability to manage their own files.
Strong knowledge of property and probate law.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a client-focused approach.
Familiarity with case management systems in particular Keyhouse would be an advantage.
