4. Ensure all continuous improvement projects are executed with excellence, upholding high standards of quality, safety, and effectiveness.
For this role, we require:
* A third-level degree or qualification in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
* Certification to Black/Green belt level or relevant Lean or Six Sigma Qualification
* A proven track record of leading significant project and/or change initiatives, delivering outstanding outcomes for the organization.
* Strong cross-functional business insight and the ability to lead the delivery of cross-functional projects.
