Provide Exceptional Guest Experiences
The ideal candidate for this role is a self-motivated individual with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service experiences. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for providing personalized services to guests, ensuring their stay at The Reserve and main Hotel is nothing short of perfect.
Main Duties:
* Provide exceptional guest service experiences for clients throughout their stay in The Reserve and main Hotel.
* Evaluate and address guest requests promptly.
* Work closely with House Manager on bookings for The Reserve and ensure everything is assigned and prepared as per guest request prior to check-in and arrival date.
Requirements:
* Proven work experience as a Guest Relations Assistant or similar role in 4* or 5* property.
* Fully clean Irish driving license.
* Experience with Hotel Management software (PMS).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work flexible hours.
