Develop initiatives to promote employee wellbeing and satisfaction.Employee Engagement & Retention - Collaborate with senior management to design and execute employee engagements that drive Continuous Improvement culture to boost employee engagement and retention. Embed company values and support the Culture of trust/fairness and transparencyRecruitment & Onboarding - Oversee the full recruitment cycle, ensuring top talent acquisition and seamless onboarding processes.HR Policies & Compliance - Develop and implement HR policies that align with company objectives and comply with legal standards. Advise, coach and guide people managers on all people related matters.Training & Development - Lead initiatives to upskill employees, ensuring alignment with business needs and individual growth goals.Compensation & Benefits - Manage and support the administration of contracts, payroll and benefits. Develop effective performance management, talent development and staff retention.
