We are currently seeking an experienced KYC Test Manager to join our client's team in Dublin, Ireland.

Role
As a KYC Test Manager, you will lead the UAT testing phase for KYC-related applications and platforms.
You'll coordinate with business teams, assign and mentor a team of testers, and manage test planning, execution, and reporting activities.
The role demands strong experience in KYC domains, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to managing risks and test deliverables.
This is a -month contract based in Dublin, Ireland, with potential for extension.
Candidates must be Dublin-based and available to work onsite when required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the UAT test phase for KYC-related platforms and processes.
Create test strategies, estimates, plans, and approaches.
Manage a team of testers, assigning tasks and providing ongoing mentorship.
Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Track progress, highlight risks or blockers, and report test status to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with the defined Test and Defect Management Process.
Actively contribute to test design and execution as needed.
Preferred Skills (Qualifications)
+ years of overall testing experience with at least years as a Test Manager.
Strong domain expertise in Banking and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA.
Experience working with KYC platforms such as Pega, Fenergo, or in-house KYC systems.
(Fenergo experience is a strong plus.)
Familiarity with KYC lifecycle processes such as onboarding, legal maintenance, periodic reviews, and ongoing screening.
