This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Administrative Support Specialist. As a key member of our facilities management group, you will provide vital support to ensure the smooth operation of our offices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support: Provide reception duties, including welcoming colleagues, visitors, and vendors via phone, email, and in-person visits.
2. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate electronic and paper records, schedule services, and connect with team members.
3. Facility Management: Perform general facility support activities, lead vendors, and coordinate maintenance tasks, including work orders, routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
Requirements
* Education: Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
* Experience: Previous experience providing administrative support, preferably in a facilities management role (comparable to at least 1-2 years).
* Skills: Proven track record of performing tasks efficiently and accurately; ability to prioritize resources; strong communication skills; computer proficiency; thorough understanding of office equipment; and knowledge of building and maintenance codes.
