Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Athlone, Co. Westmeath
Part-time evening/night shift role (25 Hrs per week)

As a Customer Service Consultant in our telephone-based team, you'll identify customer needs by listening and building relationships.
We are available 7 days a week, so our teams are as well. You will work 25 hours per week during nights from 20:00 to 02:15 and some weekends. Your shifts will be scheduled monthly.
Based in Athlone, following training, there may be opportunities for hybrid work. Initial training is on-site, Monday-Friday daytime for 4 weeks, so commitment to this is required.

* Deliver high-quality customer service in motor breakdowns and home emergencies
* Provide accurate information to customers, equipped with the necessary tools and training
* Become a Subject Matter Expert in assistance services
* Answer inbound calls efficiently and courteously
* Update internal systems with accurate records
* Keep everyone updated on case progress
* Demonstrate AXA Partners' culture and values in all interactions
Your Profile
Essential Criteria:
* Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
* Good communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to manage complex situations
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Enjoy working within a team
* Ability to meet high-quality standards
* IT literacy, including familiarity with Word and Excel
