Senior Pricing Manager | Aircraft Leasing

to hire of an
AVP Pricing
on a
12-month contract
. This role will play a key part in shaping pricing strategy across the portfolio, supporting asset sale and purchase decisions, and working closely with commercial, technical, and finance teams. A fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the

Key Responsibilities
* Lead all pricing activities within the Portfolio Services function.
* Develop and execute pricing strategies aligned with company growth, profitability, and performance targets.
* Partner closely with commercial, technical, and finance teams to ensure consistent, value-driven decision-making.
* Monitor market and portfolio pricing trends, adjusting strategies as required.
* Prepare and present pricing analysis and recommendations to senior management and the Board.
* Oversee pricing models, tools, and systems, ensuring accuracy and governance.
* Ensure all pricing decisions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
* Support asset sale and purchase decisions to optimise portfolio outcomes.
Core Competencies
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
* 10+ years' experience in pricing, finance, or a related analytical role, including
5+ years in aircraft leasing
.
* Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving capability.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with pricing or analytical tools.
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
