Your duties will involve supporting fee-earners in: Managing busy diaries and coordinating and prioritising meeting requests.
Managing large volumes of documentation and supporting with patent application processes.
Coordinating correspondence and supporting in inbox management.
Supporting with Business Development activities and maintaining accurate records of same on client database.
Organising international travel including detailed itineraries, booking flights and hotels and coordinating with international offices.
