Demi Chef de Partie -
Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with The Club's culinary standards
Manage your designated section efficiently and independently
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently maintained
Support junior chefs with training and supervision
Collaborate with the team to develop innovative dishes and refine existing recipes
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and mise en place within your area
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a DCDP in a high-end or fine dining kitchen
Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and food presentation
Passion for locally sourced ingredients and seasonal menus
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, creative environment
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Team player with excellent communication skills
HACCP certification or equivalent preferred
