Senior Change Manager
This is a strategic leadership role within our organisation, playing a pivotal part in shaping and guiding the company through transformational change.
* The successful candidate will drive change and organisational development initiatives using LEAN principles to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
* The role involves ensuring effective implementation of change across all levels of the organisation, identifying performance gaps, assessing organisational readiness, managing resistance, and building internal capability to adapt to evolving needs.
Reporting to the Director, you will leverage your strong communication and strategic thinking skills to embed new ways of working, enhance employee engagement, and deliver long-term value for the organisation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Champion best practices in change management and organisational development.
* Plan, deliver, and embed sustainable change using structured methodologies.
* Support people through transition and deliver impactful organisational outcomes.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree or Masters in Change Management, Organisational Development/Psychology, Business or comparable field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Demonstrated complex organisational change success increasing change capabilities and achieving set targets.
