RPM Power is one of Ireland’s leading fitness brands. Operating from our offices in Thurles, Co. Tipperary for the past 27 years, we are a retailer of a wide range of fitness equipment, including multi-gyms, cardio machines and dumbbells. We provide quality products to customers located all over Ireland and beyond, with many of our smaller products shipped across the globe on a daily basis.
Role
We are currently seeking a friendly, motivated Sales Executive to join our team, supporting both in-store and online customer sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, building relationships and delivering an excellent sales experience across multiple channels.
Working hours: 5-days per week spread across Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm and Saturday 10am-4pm. This is a full-time position but we are open to offering flexible working hours or part-time work to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Advising and assisting customers in our physical showroom in Thurles, providing knowledgeable and friendly service
Completing customer sales accurately using our POS till system
Maintaining the showroom floor, including presentation, equipment and stock levels
Communicating with customers via phone, email, text message and our internal ticketing system
Managing and completing customer quotes and online sales, ensuring timely responses and smooth order processing
Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
Working alongside the Marketing Team on sales outreach and promotional initiatives
Handling customer queries or concerns in a professional and solution-focused manner
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales journey

Have excellent verbal communication skills and genuinely enjoy speaking with customers
Possess strong written communication skills, particularly for email and online correspondence
Are organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
Are comfortable using common computer applications for communication and sales (e.g. Email, POS systems, Microsoft Word, instant messaging tools)
Are proactive, adaptable, and enjoy thinking on your feet to find practical solutions
Have an interest in strength training or experience using fitness equipment
Experience/Certification/Skills
Previous work experience in a customer-facing role (preferred)
Competent computer skills are an advantage
Fluent in written and spoken English
Ability to commute to our office in Thurles
An interest or background in fitness/sports (advantageous)
