OAC has moved from startup hustle to early scale, and we're now building the systems, people, and operations that will carry us toward our next chapter of growth.The RoleWe're looking for a hands-on, detail-drivenOperations & Growth Coordinatorwho thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up.This person will ensure oacruns like clockwork— from production planning to order fulfilment, supplier coordination, and process improvement — while also supportingscalable growth projectslike logistics, subscriptions, and inventory management.They'll work closely with founders, manufacturing partners, and our community/marketing teams to keep every piece moving smoothly and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities1. Operations & LogisticsCoordinate daily operations — production schedules, order fulfilment, inventory tracking, and deliveries.Manage relationships with co-manufacturers, warehouses, and logistics partners.Ensure all SKUs are stocked, labelled, and shipped on time with zero errors.Maintain systems for tracking inventory, supplier lead times, and forecasting needs.Oversee procurement of packaging, materials, and samples.2. Process & SystemsDocument and optimise workflows as oac scales (production → fulfilment → customer delivery).Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements — cost, time, or quality.Help implement new tools or processes (Shopify, inventory software, forecasting dashboards).3. Quality & ComplianceEnsure all product batches meet agreed quality standards and packaging accuracy.Track issues or customer complaints and liaise with manufacturing partners for resolution.Support compliance requirements (labelling, shelf life, traceability).4. Cross-Functional SupportPartner with the Community & Brand team to ensure event stock, samples, and materials are where they need to be.Assist with fulfilment of promotional packs, influencer kits, and limited-edition runs.Support financial tracking — purchase orders, supplier invoices, logistics spend.5.
