About the HR Business Partner role in a multi-national organization,
We have an exciting opportunity to lead the development of a Leadership Development Program over the next 3 years and integrate it into the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop close working relationships across the business and leadership team to ensure compliance with HR policies and practices.
* A strong focus on training and development programs for leaders, identifying training needs throughout the business.
* Provide guidance and training to people managers to understand how to use performance management tools and techniques to drive employee performance and align individual goals.
* Support HR functions for 400+ employees across entities in both the Shannon and Dublin region.
* Contribute to the achievement of annual strategic goals of the HR team and company.
* Provide reports on all areas of HR, Payroll, and Learning and Development, including Employment Law and HR Policy.
* Promote positive Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
* Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
* A focus on retention, attrition, compliance to performance management, headcount changes, and employee engagement.
* Analyze collected data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
* Implement and adapt new processes as required.
* Provide guidance on key HR practices to ensure compliance with policies.
* Support the workforce plan to coordinate recruitment supply and demand, anticipating recruitment needs.
* Contribute to HR projects and initiatives assigned by HR Management.
Qualifications:
* A minimum CIPD qualification and third-level degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Minimum 5-10 years of experience working in a Human Resource function.
* Previous experience with employee representative bodies.
Requirements:
* Proven ability to work confidentially and discreetly.
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal, diplomatic, and negotiating skills to interact with Management, employees, and employee representatives.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A high level of computer literacy.
* Ability to work with all levels within the company.
