We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roadside Diagnostics Specialist to join our team in Cork, Ireland.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems and a proven track record of delivering best-in-class roadside diagnostics and repairs.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and seamless experience for members.
* Strategically assess and coordinate with the Rescue Centre to provide excellent service.
* Maintain high standards for equipment and tools, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
Requirements:
* Qualified and Experienced: Advanced Certificate in Motor Mechanics and completed apprenticeship.
* Practical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.
* Driver's Licence: B licence essential; BE & BC are a plus.
* Team Player: Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to excellence.
