Overview
SilverBack is seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager
to lead major hyper-scale
data center construction projects across the Nordics
. This client-side role requires full ownership of delivery, leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, and proven control of large-scale, fast-paced builds valued at €200M+.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead full project lifecycle from design through commissioning and handover.
* Manage all trades (CSA, MEP, commissioning) with full project accountability.
* Oversee and coordinate a project team of
7–10
people.
* Drive schedule, budget, procurement oversight, and contractor performance.
* Ensure robust governance, reporting, risk management, safety, and quality control.
* Act as the primary point of contact for senior client-side stakeholders.
Requirements
Essential
* ~15 years' commercial project management experience.
* Full lifecycle delivery experience across CSA, MEP, construction, commissioning, and handover.
* Must have full lifecycle project delivery experience across design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
* Led
2–3 major data center builds
(hyper-scale preferred).
* Experience managing projects valued
€200M+
.
* Strong structured team leadership and contractor accountability management.
* Ability to lead large, complex, multi-trade construction environments.
Preferred
* Mission-critical / hyper-scale project experience.
* Strong knowledge of MEP systems and commissioning.
* Experience working across Nordic markets.
Work Arrangement
* On-site Monday–Friday.
* Limited remote flexibility once established.
