Purpose of Job: To comply with all Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the friendly, efficient and quality service to all our Café guests in a clean, hygienic and safe environment

You are expected to: Be the welcoming face of Bewley's and to assist in all areas of the café operation ensuring that guest experience is unique while following health & safety regulations and guidelines.
The Ideal Candidate will:
* Be available to work part time with no restriction from November.
* Have Host knowledge and regard that training to Bewley's standards will be provided.
* Understand and practice high end customer service.
* Must possess a positive professional attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people efficiently and effectively.
* Maintain a high level of personal presentation.
* Be flexible to assist in other departments as required.
* Must be flexible with working hours.
Main Duties:
* To greet guests in a friendly welcoming and professional manner at all times. To be aware of daily business.
* Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas.
* To ensure Front of House area is kept clean and tidy.
* Assist wait staff as needed.
* To ensure good communication maintained at all times. Ensuring to treat all colleagues with dignity and respect, and to do what we said we will do
