Hays Recruitment are working with a leading Property Management Service Provider who are seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager to join their team. Our client has an outstanding reputation in the Irish Property sector and recently won a new portfolio of business. This is a firm based in Dublin City Centre. They are passionate about providing the best possible service to their stakeholders and tenants.
Your new role
Management of a portfolio of residential developments includes:
1. Overseeing and managing the administration of all developments.
2. Ensure they and the team respond adequately to client queries via post, fax, phone and e-mail, review of correspondence, approval of drafts where needed, ensure responses are sent.
3. Review and manage credit control issues of OMC's.
4. Liaising with our Operations Department in relation to work that is required on each development, encompassing the tendering process for work within developments.
5. Liaising with the Accounts department in relation to audited accounts from draft to final.
6. Liaising with Senior Office Administrator in relation to insurance policies and claims.
7. Completing requests for Requisitions 37, membership certificates and letters of indemnity.
8. Preparation of reports for Clients and Senior Management Team.
9. Attendance of AGMs and other meetings after office hours.
10. To operate and monitor SLA's that are in place for Management Companies.
11. Conduct site visits as prescribed by individual SLA's and have full site knowledge.
12. In conjunction with the Project Manager, they oversee the implementation of project work required by Directors/Developers/Committees to a successful conclusion.
13. Budget preparation and overseeing expenditure control.
14. Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing work to support staff.
15. Monitors work to make sure that it is completed according to schedule and with excellent quality.
16. Represents and speaks on behalf of the Company to the Board of Directors/Developers.
17. Reviews and interprets the goals and objectives of the work area in order to resolve problems and make recommendations for changes in instructions and/or guidelines.
18. Understand the issues affecting an OMC's performance. Implement programs or make recommendations to correct problems and enhance positive aspects of each OMC/development.
What you'll need to succeed
19. Possess a PSRA licence or confirmed eligibility.
20. Degree-qualified with proven management experience in a recognised organisation within the property industry.
21. At least 3 years' experience in a management role with strong management experience in office systems, budgeting, finance and operations.
22. Must have proven success demonstrating leadership, customer service, problem-solving, decision-making, multitasking, communication, and organisational skills.
23. Familiarity with MUD legislation.
