Overseeing guest experience and staff operations. Key duties include staff training and scheduling, maintaining a clean and safe environment, handling customer requests, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless service delivery to meet high guest satisfaction standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take responsibility for leading the Front of House team Greet visitors in a friendly and professional way at all times, by offering a welcoming, courteous and safe environment.
* Manage information, answer phones, assist with visitor enquiries
* Lead scheduled team meetings and training.
* Train, schedule, and motivate front-of-house staff ensuring they adhere to company standards and procedures.
* Perform administration and any other key duties as assigned on a daily team schedule.
* Manage daily operations, including reservations, ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and coordinating with other departments.
* Enforce and monitor health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff.
Experience & Skills:
* Previous proven supervisory skills and experience in Front of House/Reception
* Experience working in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
* Excellent attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
* Must be available to work weekends and key holiday periods. This is a full-time role, 5 days per week rostered over 7 days
