Job Title: Senior Pharmacy Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled pharmacy professional to join our team as a Senior Pharmacy Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of pharmacy practices and regulations.
Main Responsibilities:
* To manage and supervise a team of pharmacy staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
* To ensure that all aspects of pharmacy operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
* To develop and implement policies and procedures to improve pharmacy services and patient outcomes.
* To maintain accurate records and reports, including dispensing data and financial information.
* To communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders, including patients, doctors, and other pharmacies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A degree in pharmacy or a related field.
* Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) and membership of the Irish Pharmaceutical Society.
* At least 3 years of experience in a senior pharmacy management role.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
