We're seeking a skilled professional to oversee sales, marketing, and administrative support. As the liaison between internal teams, customers, and management, you'll ensure seamless operations, sales growth, and consistent customer engagement.
o Manage incoming sales enquiries ensuring timely responses.
o Qualify, sell, and guarantee customer satisfaction through effective communication.
o Track and update customers on current orders; prepare weekly lead reports for management analysis.
o Process daily sales reports for accuracy verification.
* Marketing & Communications:
o Coordinate social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to enhance online presence.
o Promote new products, offers, and marketing campaigns to engage customers.
o Participate in online reviews and SEO improvements to boost visibility.
o Attend marketing meetings to contribute to strategy development.
* Administrative Support:
o Oversee customer delivery services to ensure prompt and efficient fulfillment.
o Provide general administrative support across departments as needed.
o Handle machine invoicing with attention to detail.
* Delivery Coordination:
o Coordinate logistics with external partners including transfers and accommodations.
