About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert level support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.

Key Responsibilities:
">
• Troubleshoot PC-related problems via phone, remote tools, or onsite support
">
• Build, configure, and troubleshoot PCs and laptops
">
• Coordinate warranty repairs with hardware vendors
">
• Deploy and install workstation hardware/software as needed
">
• Manage asset recovery and maintenance of workstations and spare parts
">
• Resolve incidents and requests within SLAs in a pressured environment
">
Requirements:
">
• 3-4 years' experience in IT Infrastructure field support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and OS issues, ensuring compliance with warranty and security requirements
">
• Hands-on experience with desktops, printers, laptops, peripherals, and desktop applications
">
• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN setups and concepts; ability to perform instruction-based activities at sites
">
• Ability to lift/move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
">
• Support for PCs, including basic Windows OS administration, hardware repairs, and peripherals
">
• Experience with anti-spyware and anti-virus software
">
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, RDP
