Job Description:
Develop a strong understanding of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement EHS initiatives that minimize risks and maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities include:
* Participate in safety reviews of processes and systems; advise on all EHS aspects during the handover from construction to commissioning, qualification, and operations.
* Perform risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
* Issue work permits to ensure safe working conditions for employees and contractors.
* Review applications related to EHS to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
* Assist in maintaining and continuously improving the company's environment, health, and safety policies, strategies, and management systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Training and experience demonstrating a strong understanding of programs such as Electrical Safety, Lockout Tagout, Machine Guarding, Confined Space, Working at Height, Hot Work, Mobile Equipment/Vehicles, Lifting Operations, High-Risk Contractor & Construction Work, Chemical Management, Industrial Hygiene, Waste Management, Water Management, and Emergency Response.
Experience within a pharmaceutical or biological manufacturing environment.
Ability to lead a project from start to finish by managing a cross-functional team.
Proficiency in creating presentations and conducting training independently.
Excellent communication skills suitable for diverse audiences.
