Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Blessington. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing contractors and construction teams, maintaining site safety, troubleshooting any on-site issues, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Regular communication with clients, architects, and suppliers to coordinate project milestones is essential.
Qualifications
* Experience in construction management, project supervision, and leading teams in a construction setting
* Strong knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and site management practices
* Ability to coordinate schedules, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Proficiency in basic construction software and reporting tools (e.g., project management platforms)
* Relevant certifications, such as a Safe Pass or Manual Handling certificate, are highly advantageous
* Previous experience with modular homes or steel frame construction is a plus
