OverviewNational Account Manager — Based in Kildare | Retail & FMCG | Full-timeThe RoleWe’re looking for a National Account Manager to join our client's team to strengthen relationships with key multiple retailers and deliver commercial growth. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll take ownership of account performance, build strong customer partnerships, and play a key role in launching new products.What You’ll DoLead account planning and deliver on commercial targets.Manage sales performance across branded and own-label products.Build and maintain senior customer relationships.Negotiate Joint Business Plans (JBP) and Long-Term Agreements (LTA).Collaborate with cross-functional teams on promotions and launches.Support and mentor junior team members.What We’re Looking For4–5 years’ experience in sales/account management.Background in FMCG and knowledge of the Irish retail market.Strong communicator with analytical and negotiation skills.Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint.Resilient, organised, and proactive.Full clean driving licence.
