The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day care on the unit, ensuring seamless service delivery and upholding best practice nursing care.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage daily service operations, dealing with residents, families and staff members effectively.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Additionally they need effective management skills & resource management to handle employee tasks efficiently. Flexibility in working different rotas including shift-work is also essential for this role.

Clinical Knowledge:
The selected individual must have good clinical awareness of health services targeting older persons through evidence-based models that foster critical thinking. They also require knowledge of HIQA standards applied to residential units for elderly citizens.,
