Medical Information Specialist - Pharmaceutical Industry Expert
This role involves providing high-quality medical information services via phone and email to clients in the pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for answering technical questions, complying with working practices, and recognizing adverse events. Additionally, you will translate documents, log enquiries, and manage confidential information.
About the Role
- Provide accurate and professional responses to technical questions via phone and email
- Comply with specific working practices agreed with clients
- Recognize and report adverse events and defective product reports in compliance with SOPs and WPs
- Translate English documents into target language or vice versa and deliver translated responses
Requirements
Familiarity with call centre environment
A completed life science degree is required for this role. You should have a strong translation skillset and excellent phone manner. Additionally, you must be able to manage a busy workload, prioritize tasks, and work unsupervised. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality are also essential.

- C1 level in target language and fluency in English
