Responsibilities
The Clinical Nurse Manager III under the governance of the Rehabilitation Team will work closely with the General Adult Community Mental Health Team, the inpatient teams, the crisis response service, local approved housing bodies, and other key stakeholders to ensure the timely and safe discharge of service users from the acute inpatient setting.
Qualifications
Registered in the relevant division of the Register of Nurses & Midwives maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland or entitled to be so registered.
At least 5 years post‑registration full‑time (or aggregate) experience, including at least 2 years in the speciality or related area.
Evidence of continuous professional development.
Requisite knowledge and ability including high standard of suitability and clinical, managerial and administrative capacity to properly discharge the functions of the role.
