Our client, based in Newbridge, is seeking an experienced and creative Chef de Partie to join their team. Responsibilities: Assisting the Head Chef in menu planning and food preparation. Working on main courses. Ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety. Maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie. Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen management. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
