Job Role: Commercial Property Secretary
About the Job:
To provide high-quality administrative support to Solicitors in our busy Commercial Property Department.
Main Responsibilities:
* Transcribing dictations and preparing documents electronically on our practice management system;
* Filing, invoicing and general administrative support;
* Preparing and arranging registration of Land Registry or Registry of Deeds documents including use of the Property Registration Authority website;
* Requisitions on Title and Scheduling title documents;
* Preparing Contract for Sale and closing documentation;
* Preparation of Bibles of Security/Title documents and Data Room Management;
* Preparing ROS on-line returns and reception cover occasionally.
Requirements:
A minimum of three years legal secretary experience and ideally in a Commercial Property environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong IT capability and ability to plan and prioritise multiple activities at one time. Strong people skills and ability to work collaboratively with all colleagues are essential.

* Digital Dictation Skills - 60 wpm+
* Strong planning and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced office environment
