Pelvic Health Physiotherapist (Part-Time or Full-Time)

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our growing, specialist pelvic health practice. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive, progressive environment with access to high-quality mentoring, structured in-house training, and ongoing CPD support.
We welcome applications from experienced pelvic health physiotherapists as well as new graduates with a strong interest in pelvic health who are keen to develop specialist clinical skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based assessment and treatment for pelvic health conditions across the lifespan
* Manage a caseload that may include bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, prolapse, pregnancy-related conditions, postnatal care, menopause-related concerns, and return-to-exercise rehabilitation
* Provide clear education and guidance to patients to support self-management and long-term outcomes
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional and legal standards
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary and supportive team environment
* Engage in regular mentoring, supervision, and clinical development activities
* Contribute positively to the culture and reputation of the clinic
Essential Criteria
* Qualification in Physiotherapy and CORU registration completed
* Strong interest in pelvic health physiotherapy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently while also valuing mentorship and teamwork
* Professional, empathetic, and patient-centred approach
* Excellent spoken and written English
Desirable Criteria
* Postgraduate training or clinical experience in pelvic health physiotherapy
* Pilates training (mat, reformer, or equivalent) – desirable but not essential
* Interest in exercise-based rehabilitation and education
* Experience working with women's health, men's pelvic health, or colorectal populations
