Job Role: Senior Support Specialist
About the Position:
The key objective of this role is to provide expert support services to a senior executive, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:
* To act as a right-hand person for the CEO
* Manage and coordinate the CEO's schedule efficiently
* Assist in preparing crucial documentation for meetings and events
* Liaise with external vendors and contractors on behalf of the CEO
* Coordinate logistics for meetings and events
* Develop and maintain a high level of administrative expertise
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant capacity
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proactive approach to problem-solving
