Description
This role offers a broad, hands-on HR remit supporting a regional population across multiple offices. You will act as a key partner to managers and early-career professionals, delivering high-quality HR support across onboarding, performance management, employee relations, engagement, and the wider employee lifecycle.
Working closely with senior HR stakeholders, you will help implement regional people plans, drive consistency in HR processes, and contribute to ongoing improvements in policy, systems, and employee experience.
Profile
3+ years' experience in a generalist HR Advisor or HR Coordinator role
Experience operating in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
Confident supporting managers on ER, performance, and HR processes
Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working independently and within a team
High attention to detail with strong administrative capability
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Willingness to travel across regional offices
