Head of People Partnering – Strategic HR Leadership Opportunity (FTC)
We're hiring for a senior HR leadership role that blends strategic business partnering with people innovation. This is a maternity cover contract, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about shaping culture, capability, and performance.
What You'll Do:
* Lead a talented team of People Partners and Talent Development professionals
* Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with business goals
* Drive performance frameworks, workforce planning, and organisational development
* Champion DEI, wellbeing, and continuous learning initiatives
* Use people analytics to inform decision-making and future workforce needs
* Oversee policy, compliance, and vendor relationships with a strategic lens
What We're Looking For:
* 7+ years in senior HR roles with strategic impact
* Strong business acumen and coaching capability
* Experience in performance management, DEI, and people analytics
* Agile mindset with resilience in change environments
* HR qualifications (CIPD, coaching accreditation) are a plus
