Hotel Operations Leader
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Leader to oversee daily activities in a busy hotel environment. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure seamless guest experiences upon check-in, departure, and during stays.
* Manage a reception/reservations team, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to improve front office efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
* Collaborate with the hotel management team to achieve overall business objectives.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, implementing new ideas and technologies to enhance the guest experience.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as a Hotel Operations Leader in a 4/5-star hotel environment.
* Proven track record of managing a reception/reservations team.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in hotel management systems, hotel booking engines, and CRMs.
* Flexibility to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
