Restaurant and Bar Management Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to join our team.
This is a head of department role, responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant and all other food service throughout the clubhouse. You will provide world-class hospitality experiences to our customers and consistently strive to exceed their expectations.
* Maintain the high standards of service, adhering to our brand ethos.
* Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with guests and members.
* Control and manage costs within the department, comparing costs versus revenue and ensuring this is in line with budgets.
* Lead and manage the Food and Beverage team, including rosters, time and attendance systems, payroll approval, development, coaching, and recruitment.
You will be a hospitality professional with previous experience in a similar role, driven by high standards and creativity. You will have excellent customer service skills, appropriate financial awareness, and the ability to work flexibly and innovatively within your remit.
