Job Overview:
This dynamic role will see you working as a frontline sales professional, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of key product ranges.
About the Role:
1. You will be responsible for handling sales from front counter, telesales and email enquiries
2. Your focus will be on business development, developing new sales through proactive customer contact to achieve targets
3. You will process customer orders, provide product information and assist with queries
4. You will order stock to fulfil confirmed orders for immediate resale and ensure products are paid in full before dispatch
5. You will receive and coordinate the receipting of parts
6. You will work closely with the warehouse team to manage inventory levels
7. You will have responsibility for managing warranty and service exchange parts
8. You will process cash sales invoices using your own account and ensure products are paid in full before dispatch
9. You will deliver professional and efficient customer service at all times
10. You may be required to cover warehouse-related duties from time to time
11. You will communicate weekly promotions to the customer base
12. You will adhere to correct working procedures, highlighting any errors or safety issues promptly to management
13. You will report faulty facility/equipment promptly
14. You will interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
15. You will efficiently manage and maintain the display and shop area
16. You will replenish stock on the shelves, ensuring a well-organised and presentable inventory
17. You will provide support when needed to promote products via social media, keeping content relevant and customer-focused
18. You will participate in training and development programmes, particularly product knowledge as required by the company
19. You will maintain high standards of general housekeeping
20. You may attend occasional tradeshows/exhibitions which may include weekends
21. You will undertake any other duties or activities as required

Person Profile:
We are looking for a self-starter who is proactive, has integrity, is team-focused, customer-focused, flexible, and numerically strong. You will also need to possess excellent customer service skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills and strong IT/systems skills.
Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of €40k+, plus commission based on sales performance. Working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday, and 5pm finish on Fridays. Saturdays are worked on a rota basis, with one in three weekends off.
