* You will be responsible for supporting and leading a department and a team of people to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and coach your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences by ensuring great service standards and availability.
2. Demonstrate ability to lead, manage, motivate and develop teams, with focus on achieving business goals and objectives.
3. Develop, implement and maintain effective policies and procedures that support business objectives.
4. Maintain accurate records and reporting as required.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
You will be an experienced leader who is passionate about delivering results, has excellent communication skills, and is able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
Requirements
* A minimum of 1 years leadership experience in retail or similar industry.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
