Office Administrator | Dublin 14 | €38k
At Staffline Recruitment we have a fantastic opportunity available for a Super Star Office Administrator to join their team and become a pivotal part of their continued success and growth.
The purpose of this role will be to support the smooth running of a busy office and provide high-quality administrative support across various teams. The successful candidate will also hold a front of house role so strong communication and customer engagement skills are key.
This position is not just about answering phones Applicants will be self driven and detail orientated with the ability to multi-task in an environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
1. First point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors
2. Logging all helpdesk calls and sales leads
3. General office upkeep - post, stationary, travel booking, grocery orders, etc
4. Maintaining customer database on Salesforce
5. Administration support to the marketing team
6. Processing quotes and sales orders
7. PA duties for the directors
8. Adhoc projects as required
Key Requirements:
9. 2-5 years of experience in a busy and varied office administration role
10. Positive attitude, reliable, punctual & confident
11. Excellent IT skills
12. Ability to follow direction
13. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
14. High attention to detail and excellent follow-through
15. Warm, professional communication skills
16. Ability to work independently while building strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders

This is a permanent position that will be based in Dublin 14 and will pay a salary in the region of €35,000 - €38,000, depending on experience.
