Overview
My client is a
leading data centre construction company
delivering full turnkey solutions across Europe. They are seeking an
experienced HR Operations Lead
to manage the HR Operations team and ensure the efficient delivery of HR processes from onboarding to offboarding across European projects.
The HR Operations Lead will report to the HR Director and play a key role in improving processes, reporting to senior management, and supporting employee relations initiatives.

Responsibilities
* Lead HR Operations, streamlining processes and systems to improve efficiency and compliance
* Supervise and mentor the HR Operations team, supporting performance management and professional development
* Manage HR data and systems, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality
* Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports for executive management
* Serve as a point of contact for line managers and employees on HR matters
* Support projects including Diversity & Inclusion and Continuous Professional Development
* Oversee payroll and benefits processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Key Requirements
* 5+ years HR experience
with focus on governance, data management, and analysis
* Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing a team
* Strong stakeholder management and reporting experience at senior levels
* Process-oriented with high attention to detail and data integrity
* Ability to find creative solutions to complex HR challenges
* Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
