About the Role:
We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our Risk team, focusing exclusively on permanent recruitment for the Financial Services market in Ireland. This is a prime opportunity to build out a high-potential desk while collaborating closely with:
* A Partner focused on Retained/Executive Search within Financial Services.
* A Compliance & Financial Crime Specialist covering mid-to-senior permanent placements
* A Senior Advisor who’s an ex regulator with over 40 years experience across Global financial services.
You’ll benefit from working alongside experienced consultants and tapping into an established client network with extensive opportunities for cross-selling and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across Risk in Financial Services in Ireland.
* Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities through targeted business development.
* Source and place senior-level candidates in Risk roles, including Risk Managers, Heads of Risk, and Risk Directors.
* Collaborate with the Partner on Retained/Executive Search mandates to support high-level appointments.
* Work closely with the Compliance, Financial Crime, and Finance teams to share market insights and maximise client reach.
* Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and candidates.
* Stay informed on risk regulations, compliance requirements, and market trends to provide valuable insights to clients.

* Proven 360 Recruitment Background: Strong experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement.

* Business Development Skills: Ability to develop new client relationships and grow a high-performing desk.
* Relationship-Focused: Strong ability to build trust and deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.
* Adaptable and Resilient: Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with other team members.
