Job Title: Sales Executive
To achieve individual sales targets in Agri and Commercial business (including new business and renewals) whilst at the same time delivering quality business and customer service that contributes to a profitable performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Development: Manage and be responsible for achieving and exceeding assigned business targets, demonstrating ambition and profit focus.
* Sales Growth: Grow revenue and profits through direct selling and account management in a cost efficient manner.
* Relationship Building: Proactive in developing external relationships to promote, maintain and grow business.
* Representation: Represent with third parties to propose/secure business.
* Personal Development: Take responsibility for personal development by consistently and proactively improving personal sales ability, technical skills and industry knowledge.
* Product Knowledge: Acquiring and maintaining comprehensive up-to-date knowledge and information of all the Company's product range and compliance requirements.
* Operational Efficiency: Operate to the quality standards as laid down by the company including, processes, technology and procedures and ensure compliance to company standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
* Decision Making: Ensure timely escalation of decisions to Branch Sales Manager that may affect Sales Office, Regional, National or Organisational initiatives.
* Customer Centricity: Developing mutually beneficial working relationships and working closely with the local Financial Advisor, to continuously enhance the overall Group service delivery to customers.
* Fair Treatment: In line with the customer centric culture, ensure that the customers best interests are protected and all customer interactions are completed in a fair, compliant and professional manner.
