Permanent Whole Time Post
UCC wishes to appoint an experienced administrator to support the Hospital & School Manager in the performance of their role by coordinating strategic initiatives and operational planning, including the management of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the Health Service Executive (HSE). The appointee will provide advice and support by managing the administrative functions of the School and Hospital.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support strategic initiatives and operational planning.
* Manage the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the Health Service Executive (HSE).
* Provide advice and support to the Hospital & School Manager.
* Manage the administrative functions of the School and Hospital.
* Maintain high level of authority and extensive contact with academic and technical/support staff, college offices, and external bodies.
Qualifications
* Experienced administrator with strong administrative and coordination skills.
* Knowledge of service level agreement management and health service executive requirements.
* Legal and security clearance: Garda vetting and/or an international police clearance check may be required.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

* Appointment may be made on the Admin III Salary Scale: €60,260 – €71,946 (Scale B) / €57,375 – €68,462 (Scale A).
* Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy.
