We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Leader to join our team in a leadership role within the Health and Safety Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and driving a positive, proactive safety culture across our Development & Construction activities.
About the Role
* The Onshore Wind, Solar & Battery (OWSB) Development & Construction Health and Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, health and environmental performance.
Main Responsibilities
* To provide visible safety leadership to the OWSB Development & Construction business, supporting senior management to embed SHE policies, standards and best practice.
* To drive continuous improvement in health and safety performance through effective risk management, investigations and learning across projects.
Skill Requirements:
A recognised professional qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field,, as well as strong transferable skills such as excellent communication skills with ability to influence at all levels.
