Job Title:
Head of Propositions - Business Customers
The Head of Propositions will lead the end-to-end design of compelling, differentiated propositions for the wide ranging business customer base across all life stages and segments.
Key Accountabilities:
* Translate customer insights, market trends, and strategic priorities into actionable proposition concepts and business cases.
* Collaborate closely with key business units including, product, marketing, risk, delivery teams and business and channel owners to co-create and deliver best-in-class experiences.
* Own the proposition roadmap for Business Banking, aligning closely with strategic missions and enterprise objectives.
* Develop innovative solutions that deliver real customer value while meeting commercial and regulatory objectives.

* Proven track record in proposition development or customer strategy.
* Strong customer insight orientation with a passion for human-centred design and innovation.
* Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and the ability to turn vision into action.
