* Funding Coordinators play a crucial role in the financial success of our organization by ensuring timely collection of funding balances.
* They are responsible for managing helpdesk requests, PA processes, and customer external activity to reduce overdue funding balances and ensure adequate funding is in place.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage daily helpdesk requests and assign tasks accordingly to meet SLA's
* End-to-end management of PA Process, focusing on reducing overdue funding balances and ensuring timely collection
* Approval of customer external activity, ensuring adequate funding and approvals are in place
* Responsible for all administrative functions within the Funding Process
* Managing and processing of funding/PA Debit Notes from customers, ensuring relevant documentation and approvals are in place
* Proactive debt management, ensuring claims are paid to CMS within agreed payment terms
* Liaise with Credit Control to monitor and review aged debt balances relating to funding
* Liaise with various departments to assist in query resolution
* Assist in reviewing processes within the Funding Team to drive automation and efficiencies
