Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Forklift Service Engineer to join our team in Ireland. The role involves conducting equipment maintenance and repair, diagnosing and troubleshooting forklift and cleaning machinery issues, and providing technical support to ensure equipment meets safety and operational standards. You will also conduct field service visits to client locations, building positive relationships through effective communication and technical expertise.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair of forklifts, cleaning machines, or similar equipment
Experience in Field Service, including the ability to work independently and on-site at various customer locations
Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members
Hands-on Technical Support expertise for resolving mechanical and technical issues
Relevant certifications or qualifications in mechanical, automotive, or electrical engineering are advantageous
Valid Irish driver's license
Commitment to workplace safety and customer satisfaction
